We’re reimagining Northfield into a place where you’ll love to shop, dine, connect, and belong. This is more than a renovation—it’s a reinvestment in community, connection, and experiences.

New Places. Reimagined Spaces.

A bold transformation is underway, bringing new brands and vibrant gathering spaces to the heart of Denver’s Central Park. Northfield is becoming a true community hub designed for discovery, connection, and everyday life.

What’s Coming:

• Wayfair: First flagship store west of the Mississippi, opening late 2026 in the former Macy’s footprint. The 140,000 square foot space will feature 19 home departments, design services, and immersive experiences. 

• Life Time: A 103,000 square foot luxury health and fitness resort with pickleball courts and an outdoor pool, opening 2027 in the former JCPenny space. 

• National Specialty Grocer: Further diversifying Northfield’s everyday retail offerings and filling a much-needed niche on the north side of Central Park.  You'll eat this one up!

These new places will join your Northfield favorites—lululemon, Sephora, Nike, Bass Pro Shops, SuperTarget, and Harkins Theatres.

A Reimagined Main Street

We’re transforming a portion of Main Street into a lush, pedestrian-only park with a central green lawn—turning it into a vibrant new space to gather, play, and connect.
Features include:

• Mature trees, open lawns, and play areas
• Water and fire features for all-season ambiance
• Outdoor dining patios and communal seating
• Year-round events, concerts, fitness classes, and interactive art installations

A Fresh Look & Feel

We’re giving Northfield a modern refresh:

• Storefront upgrades with inviting materials
• Walkable pathways designed for connection
• Enhanced lighting, signage, and lush landscaping
• More places to linger, gather, and enjoy time with family and friends
